TERMS OF BUSINESS
If I cancel more than 90 days prior to the event I agree to pay 50% of the remaining balance
If I cancel within 43 to 90 days of the function date I agree to pay 75% of the remaining balance
If I cancel within 42 days of the function date I agree to pay the outstanding balance in full
If I omit to cancel the event with yourselves, and a DJ attends the function as contracted, I agree to pay the
remaining balance in full
(All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. You will receive
confirmation of your cancellation within 7 working days of TD Entertainments receiving your letter. Until you have receipt
of the cancellation confirmation the booking still exists).
